The Anchor Folk Club holds sessions of live music from 8:30pm to 11:00pm every Thursday Night in the Blue Anchor Public House , in High Road , Byfleet , Surrey , KT14 7RL . The club has its own web site at http://www.anchorfolk.org.uk/ where the schedule shows whether a Singers' night or a Guest is performing on each Thursday .

Geoff Higginbottom on 15th April 2010
Geoff returns to the Anchor Folk club on his annual visit . He is the most talented man from his own town and he has an allotment ! We look forward to a great evening of song and wit.
I took over the Webmaster role for the Anchor Folk Club web site in May 2004 . This blog is my attempt to allow comments on the club nights (and Web Site)to be used to help enhance the club
